Dec 18th, 2018 by dearmilfamily at 7:00 am

Hey you MilSpouse! What's your story? Don't think yours is different or important. Well, you're wrong. We all have a unique and important story to tell about our lives as military spouses and military community members. Why? Because telling our personal stories helps to create change to make military life (or just life in general) better for all of us. On this episode, I talk to Anna Blanch Rabe, previous guest, advocate, writer, and attorney about why it's important for us to share our struggles and triumphs with the world.

Anna Blanch Rabe is an Australian-born writer, advocate, and entrepreneur. Passionate about businesses who are committed to their communities, non-profits, and businesses making a social impact, she works to help leaders share their story. Anna has been published in both web and print in both academic and popular publications as diverse as Englewood Review of Books & Immerse Journal, to Huffington Post,, and Military Spouse Magazine. She has inspired through keynote speaking and leading panel discussions, as well as radio and podcast interviews on three continents including TEDx, CBS Radio, Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Modern Language Association, WordCamp ABQ, Greenbelt, BAVS, AVSA, CCL, & CNMAC. An Australian Army Veteran, Anna is also a proud USAF spouse, she was honored to be named 2018 USAF Joan Orr Spouse of the Year for Air Combat Command.
