This episode is the second in a series about Back-to-School time. This one is all about keeping your family healthy during the school year with exercise and nutrition. If you're like me, sometimes during the school year you can get into a rut and don't really make the best choices. I talk to Katie Haney of Belle Fitness and Nutrition about how to make those healthy choices that also make your life easier. 

Katie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition coach who believes in hard work, enjoying life, and laughing a lot. As a trainer, she has earned several specializations in order to serve her clients better including: Fitness Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, Group Training, Youth Fitness, Weight Loss, Women's Fitness, and Pre and Postnatal Fitness. She lives in sunny Southern California with her husband, three kids, and German Shepherd puppy. When she's not training clients, she works part time for Operation Gratitude, an organization that supports our deployed troops, veterans, military kids, and first responders.
